We didn't optimize an existing site — there wasn't one. We rebuilt pakgusu.com from zero and engineered it to be fast, found, and converting across the GCC. Two months later it's on page 1.
When Pak Gusu Technology came to us, pakgusu.com wasn't underperforming — it effectively didn't exist: no meaningful website, zero organic visitors, nothing indexed by Google, and no search presence anywhere in the Gulf.
Pak Gusu Technology (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Lahore-based cleanroom manufacturer and the technical partner of GUSU Purification (China), exporting modular cleanrooms and components — doors, windows, panels, pass boxes, air showers, FFU and LAF units — to the six GCC states. The product was export-ready; the digital front door was missing.
Apex IT Solutions rebuilt the entire site from the ground up, and the Apex Marketings program ran the SEO, AEO, content and ads on top of it. Two months later (approx. May–July 2026), Pak Gusu had gone from zero to a growing, page-1 organic asset across the GCC. Here is how the engineering made that possible.
We rebuilt Pak Gusu as a static-HTML site — no CMS bloat, no database bottleneck — so every page ships pre-rendered and loads in roughly one second, with a ~0.6s time-to-first-byte. Speed isn't vanity here: in B2B export search, a fast, reliable page is what keeps a procurement engineer in Doha or Riyadh from bouncing.
The rebuild grew the site to 85 pages, including 24+ new pages spanning GCC country and city landing pages, equipment pages, and technical blog guides. We wired it together cleanly: across 8,800+ internal references, zero broken links. A generated XML sitemap plus IndexNow tells search engines the moment anything changes. The result is a foundation that's cheap to serve, hard to break, and easy for crawlers to consume.
Being fast is worthless if nobody can find you. We shipped full, valid structured data across the site — Organization/LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList — so Google and answer engines understand exactly what Pak Gusu makes and where it sells.
Because much of the Gulf buyer base searches in Arabic, we built native Arabic RTL pages with reciprocal hreflang, not machine-translated afterthoughts. Country and city landing pages target real GCC demand — KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and more — mapped to the equipment buyers actually search for.
On crawl health, indexation went from 0 to roughly 55 of 85 pages, and we cleaned up the legacy footprint by fixing 21 old 404s with proper 301 redirects. The Apex Marketings program then layered answer-first content, FAQ schema and entity clarity on top of this structure.
Indexation: 0 → ~55 of ~85 pages (GSC).
Traffic only matters if it becomes inquiries, so we engineered lead capture into the site from day one. Quote-request forms include input validation, honeypot spam traps and rate-limiting — so the sales team gets real leads, not bot noise.
We built a cleanroom cost calculator to help buyers self-qualify, added click-to-chat WhatsApp for Gulf buyers who prefer it, and fired a GA4 generate_lead event on every submission — with gclid and UTM capture so every lead is traceable to its source.
For paid demand, we installed the Google Ads tag, imported the conversion into GA4, and built a dedicated /get-quote/ landing page for the GCC search campaign to convert against. The site doesn't just attract procurement buyers; it's instrumented to capture and measure them.
Two months after starting from nothing, the metrics moved in the right direction — and kept moving.
That's a standing start to measurable, Gulf-wide search presence in eight weeks.
Organic sessions: 78 → 91 → 99 → 124/month (GA4, Google organic).
Page-1 average positions across GCC buyer queries (GSC).
Impressions: 0 → ~4,600/month, +86% half-over-half (1,617 → 3,005).
Search isn't only ten blue links anymore — increasingly, GCC buyers ask an AI. We engineered Pak Gusu to be quoted by those systems too. The site publishes an llms.txt file and leans on answer-first content with FAQ schema, giving language models clean, structured facts to draw from.
It's working: GA4 referral and assisted-conversion data shows Pak Gusu cited by ChatGPT, Bing Copilot and Google Gemini. For a manufacturer that was invisible two months earlier, showing up inside AI answers — alongside page-1 Google results — means the brand is being surfaced wherever a buyer starts their research.
This answer-engine visibility compounds the organic search gains rather than competing with them: the same structured, fast, well-linked foundation that ranks in Google is what makes the site easy for AI systems to read and cite.
Cited by ChatGPT, Bing Copilot and Google Gemini (GA4 referral / assisted).
We won't oversell this. Two months in, Pak Gusu has a rebuilt, technically sound foundation and strong early momentum — not a finished campaign. The pattern is exactly what healthy SEO looks like: impressions and positions move first, and clicks follow weeks later, so the ~4,600 monthly impressions are the leading edge of traffic still to come.
Off-site authority is compounding too — a partner link from GUSU, GCC B2B directory citations, and agency backlinks Google already counts (ensun.io, Tendata, ZoomInfo, Yandex Maps). We make no guarantees of a permanent #1, quote no revenue we can't attribute, and publish no fabricated testimonials. Pak Gusu holds no Gulf office or regulator certificates; its rooms are designed to meet ISO 14644 and EU-GMP and are validation-ready.
What we can say plainly: Apex IT Solutions took pakgusu.com from zero to a fast, findable, converting, Gulf-wide asset — and it's still climbing.
